Huawei P40 and P40 Pro will have quad-camera and great specs

Huawei P40 and P40 Pro will have quad-camera and great specs – The next P-series smartphones made by Huawei will be launched in March 2020, to be specific we will see P40 and P40 Pro models. Recently, some new details were leaked, revealing that P40 and P40 Pro will have 5 cameras placed on the back of the phones. The main camera will have a 64MP resolution, followed by an ultra-wide 20MP and a periscope lens of 12MP, having a 10 zoom. Also, we will have a macro camera lens and 3D ToF sensor.

The 5 cameras will be placed rectangulary on the back of the phones. Also, we will have a 6.57″ OLED display with a 1440×3040 pixel display and Corning Gorilla Glass protection. On the upper-middle side, we will have a screen notch.

P40 Pro will be available in only one colour, black. The fingerprint scanner will be integrated in the display and the smartphone will support Quick Charging. It will be available with Android 10 and dual-SIM slot, one of them being hybrid (can be used for a microSD card).

Internally it will have a 8-core HiSillicon Kirin 990 5G chipset, 4 of them will be set to 1.95GHz, 2 at 2.86GHz and the last 2 at 2.36GHz. It will available on a 64-bit architecture with 8GB RAM. Internal memory is 128GB and it can be extended with up to 256GB using a microSD card. The battery has a capacity of 5500 mAh.

The other model of the series, Huawei P40 will be available with an FullHD+ resolution OLED display. The screen size will be 6.2″. Additionally it will have a fingerprint scanner integrated in the display.

The camera lens will be manufactured by Leica, Huawei collaborating with them also in the past. The main sensor has 64MP resolution, followed by a 16MP periscope lens with 10 zoom. Also, Huawei P40 will have 3 other cameras: a wide camera, a macro one and 3D ToF sensor, summing to 5 cameras.

Internally, P40 will have the same chipset as P40 Pro, the same 5500 mAh battery and Quick Charging available. Also, it will run the same Android 10 as P40 Pro. Ending this review, because of the recent conflicts between USA and Huawei, we do not expect having Google apps and services installed.
